What We Run In-House

STAGE / 01

Pattern Making & Sampling

Our pattern masters translate a design brief or reference garment into a production-ready pattern, followed by a sample for buyer approval before bulk begins.

STAGE / 02

Cutting & Stitching

Precision fabric cutting followed by stitching lines organised by garment category — ensuring consistent construction across the full order quantity.

STAGE / 03

Embroidery & Embellishment

Hand embroidery, machine embroidery, computer embroidery and block printing — applied in-house so design intent survives from sample to bulk.

STAGE / 04

Finishing, QC & Packing

Every garment is checked, pressed and packed to buyer specification before it leaves our facility — the same standard whether it's 100 pieces or 10,000.

Brief & Fabric Sourcing

Your design brief or tech pack is reviewed and matched against our fabric library, or new fabric is sourced to spec.

Sample Development

A sample is produced for your review, fit approval, and any revisions before bulk production is scheduled.

Bulk Cutting & Stitching

Once the sample is approved, bulk fabric is cut and moved through our stitching lines.

Embroidery, Print & Finishing

Embellishment work is applied, followed by pressing, trimming and finishing touches.

Quality Check & Packing

100% of garments are inspected before packing to your specified cartons, tags and polybags.

Dispatch

Your order is documented and handed to your nominated freight forwarder or shipped per agreed Incoterms.
