Shipping Terms

FOB, CIF, or as your business requires.

FOB (Free On Board): We handle production and delivery to the nominated Indian port; you arrange freight from there.

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): We arrange shipping and insurance through to your destination port, built into the quoted cost.

Other Incoterms can be discussed depending on your logistics setup and existing freight relationships.

Documentation

Itemised invoice matching your purchase order, used for customs clearance on both ends.

Carton-by-carton breakdown of quantities, weights and dimensions.

Confirms goods are manufactured in India, often required for preferential duty treatment.

Shipping document issued by the carrier, provided to you on dispatch.
