1. Orders & Quotations
All quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing. Final pricing is subject to sample approval and confirmed order quantity.
2. Samples
Sample charges apply and may be adjusted against a confirmed bulk order, at Sapphire Fashions' discretion.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed per order and typically include an advance payment on confirmation, with the balance due before or against shipment.
4. Lead Times
Lead times quoted are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, fabric availability, and quantity.
5. Quality & Returns
All garments are inspected prior to shipment. Any quality disputes should be raised within a reasonable period of receipt, supported by evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
Designs and specifications provided by a buyer remain their property. Sapphire Fashions will not reuse a buyer's proprietary designs for other clients without consent.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
