For Buyers

How an order works, from brief to bulk.

A clear process, start to finish — so you know exactly what to expect before you commit to a quantity.

The Process

Six steps, one point of contact.

01

Enquiry & Brief

Share your requirement — a tech pack, reference garment, or moodboard — through our contact page.

02

Costing & Sampling

We provide an indicative cost and produce a sample for your review and fit approval.

03

Order Confirmation

Once the sample is approved, we confirm final costing, quantities, and timeline in writing.

04

Bulk Production

Your order moves through cutting, stitching, embroidery and finishing, with progress updates from merchandising.

05

Quality Check & Packing

100% inspection before packing to your specification — cartons, tags, polybags, barcoding if required.

06

Shipment

Export documentation is prepared and your order is handed to your nominated freight forwarder — see our Export & Logistics page.
